Not for me, I guess they have my biometrics from our 1st petition. March 2009 notice that case transfered from California Cervise Center to local office in our state. August 11, 2009 Interview. Officer who held it stated will send us RFE but didn't. March 2010 Infopass appointent revield that my case was not touched since interview and nobody was assigned to wor on it. Promise to get somebody assigned and get someting on mail, most lokely RFE in 60-90 days. March 2010 2nd Biometrics for my husbamd! They said his bio EXPIRED and they need a new one... Ok....
