Comments : our petition for the CR1 was approved and still was sent back to USCIS for another review..sent out package 4/09/2012 and they reveived on 4/10/2012 now we wait...may 9,2012 got reaffirmed and after 25 buisness days NVC got it back last nite the 13 of june...waiting on an interview now...

tonite we got our e-mail omg finally

On May 9, 2012, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly. well now it is over one year later since our case went back to USCIS. we had been approved for reaffirm and then my husband interview was august 28, 2012 and the women who interviewed him dd not ask many questions but did not give us an answer as weather we were approved or denied, but she told him get your physical and bring your papers we need in translated and then he did thursday the 30th of august and they gave him a pink paper with numbers on it and said we will call you and they did this friday the 7th to come pick up his visa...omg visa in hand yeah me my husband is coming home soon....thank you god
