Comments : P3 apparently never received by Visa Immigration Unit in London, despite my proof of delivery from Royal Mail. After emailing the consulate, they replied saying if I've sent them then ignore the email... so I've sent everything again hoping they'll get it this time... and they did! :) Interview... apart from 2x 1.5 hour waits, that was painless and effortless!

Comments : Slightly embarrasing... So engrossed in ensuring the cover sheet and all the evidence was complete that I forgot to include the actual I-751 document! So they returned everything back to me saying it couldn't be accepted as there was no petition. So, sent it back to them the next day, this time with the I-751 included, and thus accepted! non-acceptance received 08-Mar-12, resending I-751 09-Mar-12, I-751 delivered 12-Mar-12, I-751 receipt date 13-Mar-12, NOA posted 14-Mar-12, NOA received 16-Mar-12. Approved 30-NOV-12, Card Production 03-DEC-12, Card posted 05-DEC-12, Card received 08-DEC-12.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
