I CALLED IMMIGRATION AND SHE TOLD ME STEP-BY-STEP WHAT I WILL NEED TO DO TO BRING JAMAL HERE. SHE IS SENDING ME THE 1-130 FORMS AND THE G-325A FORMS ... BIOGRAPHICAL FORM ... THE FEE FOR THE I-130 IS 355.00 DOLLARS WITH NO FEE WAIVERS AVAILABLE I WILL NOW WAIT FOR THE FORMS TO ARRIVE 8/3/09 - THE I-130 forms and the G-325A's ARRIVED IN THE MAIL ... Now, I just wait to have the money to send it in. I was told by 3 people at USCIS that I could indeed apply for a fee waiver for the I-130, so I did. I sent in ALL the papers and 2 weeks later they came back rejected and said I needed to re-send them with the fee. I have yet to be able to come up with the money to do this, as I have had one emergency after the next since my return from Morocco. I have not seen or touched my husband in over a year and I don't know if I ever will again. I don't know what to do or what we will do, because we also need a co-sponsor. I have been looking and asking people for over a year now if they will help us and no-one, including the Islamic Center in my city wants to help us. I am beside myself. I love and adore my husband enormously and he does me, but right now all this looks to be quite impossible ... If you read this and you feel you can help, please let me know. Thanks.
