Comments : Interviewed on 4/2. Was told to pick up visa on 4/10, they called and told her to come on 4/17 instead. When she went, they refused visa and said they would call her. Put her on AP pending "information from Washington". Called Senator, Consulate and e-mailed Governor. E-mailed her through me to come any Wednesday. She went 4/22 and told to pick up 4/24.

Embassy Review : It's extremely frustrating dealing them. No responses to e-mails or phone calls and yet documents are not being processed. When you look at timelines from England or Canada, things seem to be working but in Ghana or Africa for that matter, nothing seem to be moving. I hope they will understand that this is about family unity where children are involved and yet the other parent is on the other side of the Atlantic with children waiting to see mom or dad.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
