Comments : 2nd NOA1 February 4th, returned back to USCIS after petition was sent on December 29, 2008. Received by NVC on January 23, 2009. Received by USCIS on February 4, 2009.
much better interview on january 4. they kept his passport, and put us on AP. Very short AP. Rec'd visa 31 days after the interview :)

Embassy Review : Interview went much smoother this time around. He was put on mandatory AP, keeping his passport. The AP lasted less than a month, and he received his visa 29 days after the interview date.

Embassy Review : Husband said that the POE was so easy. Took less than 10 minutes. Out of the 3 layovers, said this was the shortest inspection he went through.
