7/29/10: Receipt Date. (NOA1 was sent & got lost in transist. I never got a NOA1.)
11/2/10: case is transfered to Texas Service Center (TSC) from CSV.
4/7/11: after many InfoPasses appoints & 2 visits to my Senator's office, NOA2 just arrived today!!!

"...The case will next be reviewed by the Immigrant Visa Chief and will be returned to USCIS for review and possible revocation upon his concurrence with the reviewing officer's decision....."
===> Does the Immigrant Visa Chief actually review the case or they just sent back to USCIS? What should I do now? Pls help. Millions thanks.
