Comments : K3 interview was june 15 2009 and case sent back to uscis after 5 1/2 months of AP. The embassy kept Khalid's passport this time. It's almost been ten months since the interview. This journey has to be one of the longest in history. How could the US do this to one of their own ???

Consulate Review: Islamabad, Pakistan
Review Topic: K3 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 7, 2010
Embassy Review : Ugh ! They were awful ! They sent our case back to the USCIS with the recommendation to revoke the visa approval ! They came to the false conclusion that I was still married to and living with my EX !!! Now the DOS administratively closed the K1 case because they don't process those anymore they say. So.. now I sent all the NVC wanted for the I130, ie the ds230 and the I864. Alhamdulillah I make more than enough to sponsor him mashallah. Now the NVC says they received the info but did not review it yet. So.. more waiting. What else is new >
Rating : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
