Embassy Review : We had our interview at 10.59am. We arrived on sunday and spent the night at the Holiday Inn. We paid $167 per night. The staff was very friendly and rooms absolutely clean. Check out is noon but you can leave your bags in their storage room for the whole day (for free) if you don't want to take it with you to the interview.
From there it takes 8 minutes to walk to the Immigration Building and 5 minutes to the Union station.

We arrived an hour early and we were called for our interview at 12.05 by our interviewer.
There was another guy in the room observing the interview. I think he was a trainee but I'm not sure. He flipped through our photo albums while the officer asked for our IDs, original bc, etc.
He had our file with all the forms and applications on his desk.
First he asked my husband the basic questions and then me (the immigrant)
He asked me since when I'm here and if I know that I overstayed my VWP (we filed before the I-94 expired). He asked me how often I have been to the U.S. Then he asked my husband how we met and if he loves me and if he married me to avoid that they deport me. (I thought it was a weird question because we were already married for more than a year and I visited him several times after our marriage) Then he asked me the same questions.
Next he wanted to see our lease, utility bills, bank statements, credit cards, etc. I had a copy for each original document and he kept the copies.
The officer was very friendly.
Unfortunately he could not tell us if we are approved (I asked him literally) or not because his supervisor has to look over the case and sign it. But he told us about removal of conditions and we would receive the greencard during the next 2-4 weeks.
The interview took 15 minutes.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
