They took my packet, asked me to wait and then called me up 45 minutes later to tell me they hadn't had power for days and that they couldn't possibly process me. The woman who told me this had attitude to spare. WTF??? Drove to Niagara Falls where I went into a room with at least 50 other people. Strangely, I was called first. They were very rude to my husband who simply asked if he could come into the room with me for fingerprinting. (The said no.) We were on our way within 30 minutes. I wasn't really harrassed at any point but it wasn't a wonderful experience either.
