Comments : Fiance had her interview on 8/27. Did not go as planned. I was hoping for an approval and she was told they would get in touch with her. Gave her a paper that said administrative review. Called back on September 3rd for second interview which took place on September 4th. After interview she was told that she would be contacted in three weeks. They took all her papers again and kept her passport the second time. The Embassy contacted me and asked me questions about me. I recommend that everyone go with their Fiancee to the interview. On October 2nd 2008, at 3:30 PM Thailand time, Joy recieved her K-1 Visa. Now the new Journey of marraige will begin shortly. Goodluck to everyone out there.
Joy and I were married on 11/21/2008 and mailed in for her Green Card on 12/1/2008. Marraige agrees with Joy and I.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
