Comments : January 5, 2009... The process is a pain! ugh! lol... almost have everything done. just need a few photo copies and to fill out husbands vaccine record then we're good to go!

January 23, 2009... Have all copies and required information. Just need to get the money order on Monday and will have the packet mailed off hopefully Tuesday!

*Got an RFE saying i need to submit all supporting tax documentation when all I really have is my tax return in which I sent in copies. They also said I need to submit that for my co-sponsor, but he doesn't have that due to being retired and they are saying he must be a U.S. citizen in which he is and that was stated with his SSN and birth place and everything. Such bullshit on this whole process!!!!!!!!!!

*Case forwarded to the California location for faster service :D*

*June 11, 2009: Received notice saying my husband was approved and received permanent residence. no interview since they transfered our case to California. Now just have to wait about 3 weeks for the green card :D YIPPIE! THE JOURNEY IS OVER!!!!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
