Comments : Finally got our NOA2 2/28/07 after congressman's 2nd inquiry. I amended my timeline. Realized that what I had as an RFE was incorrect. We only had sent the incorrect $$ back then so not technically an RFE (thanks to IO at the border, d'oh!)

Comments : We entered in Michigan at Port Huron. The officer was new and had never done a k-1 before so it took a while (1 1/2 hours) but everyone was nice to us. Not overly friendly, but nice. Work authorization stamp was given without asking for it.
