Comments : My NOA1 showed up on time more or less, but with a typo in the beneficiary last name GGGRRRRRrrrrrr. >:/. I called in on the next business day (8/27/07). I was told I would be given a notice of the change on about (9/28/07). I wonder if that will cause a delay in the process. I am pissed on general principal since the price went up to $455 from $170 2 weeks before I filed.

I accidentally sent a check that bounced and sent the funds about 1 week later. I believe that it was cashed around August 25th. Now I have another notice that the funds were received on October 22nd, and that the process will move forward based on that date.. does this mean another 6 months from October?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
