Comments : My mother was asked if she had a picture of us with my husband, during the interview. That was basically the interview at Manila. Oh, the interviewer asked if she wanted the interview in English or Tagalog.. other than that, there was no delay in getting into the line to process the visa delivery.

Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Los Angeles
Event Description
Entry Date : 2008-03-07
Embassy Review : Had to fix I-94 on March 12, 2008 as POE officer in customs altered birthdate and had problems with DMV to issue CA Driver's License Application.

Word of advice, if I-94 is altered on the form when you arrived POE in LA, before leaving Immigration in LAX, get it fixed or else you will have to go to Immigration in Downtown LA to have it fixed. Had I known that it would have been a problem, I would have requested a new I-94 from the Immigration Officer.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
