Consulate Review: Warsaw, Poland
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : April 23, 2008
Embassy Review : The interview started out a bit rocky as Madzia had many previous visas and the polish lady behind the counter didn't speak english as well as my Madzia This woman was picking every single detail of every single date of previous visas and visits to the US. After a few tense minutes, my Madzia was able to explain everything We were then told to sit and wait until called. After what seemed to be an eternity we were called up to the interview window and were greeted by the friendliest guy I have ever spoken to. He just asked madzia if we had met through a marriage broker and where we would live in the US. Lastly he asked if my sweet sweet madzia had ever been a criminal LOLOLLOLOLOL.
Then we had a nice conversation about baseball LOL other than this first woman who made us nervous the process was very quick and painless, almost pleasant after all.....We called a day later to confirm the printing and sending out of our visa via DHL and they confirmed that it was printed the same day and was sent early the next morning! )))
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
