Comments : Jessica waited for a letter from the Embassy Instructing her to come to the Embassy to collect packet 3, we waited for a month then I started Emailing the Embassy asking for the status of our Petition and Inquiring about why Jessica had not received the letter, When the Embassy sent the letter to my Fiancee it was not delivered, and maybe lost, we waited,I received a Email from the Embassy telling Jessica to come collect Packet 3 and 4 on Dec. 12 2007,

After first interview Jessica was put on AP and was given a second interview on July 28 2008, because she had not received her medical report, and my mistake in not having my W-2 with the Tax returns, on the second interview Jessica provided all the documents needed and she was approved for her visa and received it on August 1 2008.

POE Review: Los Angeles
Event Description
Entry Date : 2008-08-13
Embassy Review : Jessica and I arrived in Los Angeles at 3:30 pm, we lined up at the Port of Entry, the line for US Citizen moved quickly, but the line Jessica was in for Non-US Citizens moved slow, but after all the US Citizens were processed, they started processing Non-US Citizen, and Jessica was the only one with a K-1 Visa so they pulled her to the side and processed her first, everything went fine, she said the Immigration Officer was polite and quickly processed her and stapled her I-90 into her Passport and she was donejavascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
