After 3 months of piecing everything together I finally got it into a package I can mail..So here goes..I'm kind of jumping the gun here but the check has cleared so I'm entering the date as I see the cleared check, Well, the official notice was recieved On Oct 1 and notice was Oct 2

Got a letter in Mail from NVC saying that the petition was recieved and that it would be sending the package on to Manila...don't quite know how to log that into the timeline so I just put the date of the letter as package recieved.
