Everything was ok. the officer was really nice and just take like 5 minutes they open the package read everything and give me back my passport and said we have to get marry before the date he write down at my I-94. |

They mail me a Request for Initial Evidence (I-485) asking for the last W2 of my husband, really dont know why because when we apply we mail the last 3 years W2. Also they want me to submit form I-693 (Medical examination for aliens seeking adjustment of status) and documentation of inmunization (suplemental form I-693), strange they ask for that too because when we apply we mail the vaccination record the doctor from my country gave me. 09/08/2007 they transfer our case to California Service Center. |

We filed separate the adjustment of status and the work authorizacion thats why we have two diferent dates for the biometrics. The second time 08/08/2007 for bimetrics they just take my right index fingerprint insted all the fingers like the first time.
They mail my work permit card to wrong address so I have to call to the USCIS and wait like 5 days to get on the mail my green card and work permit at the same time. |

Im so happy!!!!!! I just back from my interview and Im approve! everything was really fast and easy, windown 10 left all my papers, (DS-156 (2 copies), DS-156(K), Birth Certificate, Antecedentes policiales, judiciales and penales, pictures of Jody and me) thast it! than they just ask me few easy questions, when we meet, where, how many times he come to Peru, than just have to sit and wait like 5m inutes and call me window 9 for the interview nice guy just ask me when is Jody´s baby girl, where he work, what he do there thats it!!! Today I have to back to the emabssy at 5 to pick up my passoport w/the vsa printed, Good Luck to everybody!!!!!  |
