Consulate Review: Dominican Republic Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : December 20, 2018 Embassy Review : Overall process was smooth. Fiance arrived early - Appt was scheduled for 7am (Embassy does not go by appt time, goes by 1st come 1st serve). The CO asked a few questions pertaining to where and how we met, questions about my daughter and what my phone number was without looking on the paper... (try to have the beneficiary memorize the petitioners number) The CO asked a few other questions and then closed our file with his passport in it, handed him a paper and told him congratulations. He was in and out within an hour and a half Overall it took only 2.5 days for his passport to be completed and ready to be picked up (His interview was on a Monday- picked up that Friday morning) Rating : Good
