Harassment Level :
Comments : POE was in JFK. Was very smooth and nice. The officer asked me if I came for love or for green card (haha, we kinda joked about it a bit) and asked if I've seen the 90 days fiance show. Plus there were some important questions like how we met and where does my fiance live. Then another officer followed me to the immigration room where they only put some data on their computer and didn't ask any questions.

Consulate Review: Moscow, Russia
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 7, 2018
Embassy Review : My interview was on December,19th, 2017. This was a busy day primarily reserved for fiances so there were about 20 people which caused long waiting for all of us. But the interview itslf was smooth and pretty fast. The questions were:
-Tell me how you two met
-Show me the pictures from Paris
-Who are these people on the photo (pictures with my family and friends. had to name each person)
-Has your fiance been married before?
-Have you met his family?

And then the officer asked if I had read the paper about domestic violence and said "Your visa is approved!"
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
