Comments : AOS interview was incredibly harsh. We both got flustered. We were called out for not having a previous version of our lease (mine was from April 19 as it was a renewal), the lack of contact details for the leasing office on our lease (kinda out of our hands), and confusing information. EG my husband got the wrong date for my entry, I got the timeline of our meeting wrong (stated we started talking in 2017 when it was 2016 instead).
The guy said he doesn't believe that it is a fraudulent marriage but had concerns.

Embassy Review : Arrived later than planned due to train delays, however was allowed in after presenting my interview letter. Went through security and into the building. Friendly man took my interview letter again and placed some stickers on it with a number (you will need to keep this number in your thoughts throughout your stay). Went upstairs (floor 1, left and left again) to the waiting room. Was called very shortly (5 mins of waiting) and saw a friendly guy who took from me my birth certificate, passport, visa photographs, interview letter and affidavit of support (+evidence). I explained that one of my middle names was incorrect on my passport, due to an issue with my mother. He noted this down and I scanned my fingerprints (left, then right, then thumbs). He asked if I had a date for POE planned and I said ASAP because my fiance's mother recently passed away. He told me to sit back down and returned my interview letter and gave me my chest x-ray.
I then had to wait about an hour to be seen for the actual interview portion. He asked me to raise my hand and swear an oath, and then started talking about my documents. He said that I would need a new passport and ACRO Police Certificate due to the incorrect spelling of my middle name (my heart sank...)
He asked me some questions about my partner - when did we meet (2015 started chatting online through his YouTube channel, 2017 January met in person at a convention), what was the convention for (was for the video game that he created content for), if he had another job aside from YouTube (office manager), what the salary for this was, if I knew (I did) and how many times I had seen him and if he had flown here (10 times I have flown out, he has not flown out as he does not have a passport due to an ongoing child custody case)

He said if I get the documents needed to him (passport and ACRO Police Certificate) we should be approved. He wrote on a form what I needed and how to get the documents to the embassy (courier service).

What a stressful day... seems like we have some more waiting to do.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
