Embassy Review : Finally! I really wanted to make a review on how smooth the interview experienced i had this morning.
Scheduled today May 9, 2017 for my interview. Arrived at 430AM i was on the first queue for 7:10AM i know this is so early but I really wanted to go early. Then at 6AM they let people line up and started to let them in.

6:30AM already checking for my documents, DS160 and passport and they put my passport in a plastic. Then they gave me a yellow laminated paper. The girl instructed me to go inside and for the checking of my bag. I remembered maybe two checking of bags before entering the main waiting area. Then waited at the immigrant area for I guess 15 minutes. Then they let us in and my barcode number is something in letter A. so i was first on that area. Then lined up for the Pre-Screening interview (Filipina) She asked me to drop my DS160,Passport, PSA birtcertificate and cenomar, and NBI and she asked too about my receipt from BPI. Then she started to asked my name, birthdate, name of my fiancé, address of my fiancé, how we met, what we used for communicating, when was his last visit and how many times.😊😊😊

Next, american guy for Finger scanning

Waited for 2 minutes, then he started to asked me what visa wheres my fiancé live then what type of Visa. i was so shocked he told me you dont have the type of visa in your barcode stickers. then he told me wheres your fiancé you should tell him to come here (that was just a joke) but no problem on it I thanked him after. Very fast 2 minutes i guess and he knows how to speak some tagalog like Kaliwa at Kanan for the finger scanning. LOL

Lastly,
Sitting for about 10 minutes then 15 people in the queue, then the Filipino guy will assist you he will let you stand at back of per window so I was at the window 60 it has three consular do the interview at that time. I feel so nervous, but I need to smile. Then i was next, It was a Chinese-American consular I greeted him and smile all the time.. he told me to raised my right hand (oathtaking), I forgot if he let me do the finger scanning after the oath. but then, he let me drop my DS160. the. he started to ask my name, birthdate, how we met, what he do for living, he asked me how long did I messaged him after he chatted me and I said after one week and he laughed. then he asked me where my fiancé live, is he divorce, then how do I call my boyfriend on his name, and he started to use the nickname of my fiancé after i mentioned it to him then lastly he asked me if he has a kid or if i have a kid i said None then i crank a joke soon sir. he laughed when soon? then he laughed then confirmed again if I'm pregnant. LOL then he checked my birthcertificate, cenomar and NBI for three times. and he told me Congratulations! and instructed to me to wait for 5-10days for the realising of my visa. Then he let me do finger scanning but I repeated it 4 times because of my fingers cannot detect I guess. but then they never asked for our pictures even the affidavit of support.😊 I guess it took me for 10 minutes at the consular for final interview. Then he handed me a small slip for 2GO delivery and a pamphlet. Goodluck! Hard work pays off! Be confident and be honest and be prepared. .

Out at the Embassy at 740 AM! ❤️ Godbless us

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
