Congressman inquiry Oct11th. Stated we are under a "detailed review" Contact us in a month. Now contacted my Senator for help with this "detailed review" on October 24th. Called immigration again another inquiry 11-1-06. 12-19-06 congressman says your still in detailed review nothing we can do to help you. Thanks so much. Senators office is going to work on a expedited review due to health issues. Expedited review- no answer. Moved on to the last Senator available asking for help after 1 year and 5 months of just waiting. Was told to wait for name checks. :( Processing Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between September 15, 2006 and September 25, 2006* (RFEs at the California Service Center typically add an extra 30 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).
