Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : CDN-USA Border
POE Date : 2017-07-23
Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 5
Comments : The border guards got nasty when i tried to take my visa info with me for "just in case" near vehicle.
Once inside we had to wait for a few and then the guard called is up but made no eye contact and was making conversation with another guard about television stuff.
They opened file and checked on computer. Stamped his visa/passport and off we went.
We spent time making a materials manifest because we had a uhaul and all of his belongings. They never looked at manifest and had no interest in the contents of his things.

Consulate Review: Montreal, Canada

Event Description
Review Date : June 21, 2017
Embassy Review : It took 1 hour. We parked across from the embassy. He saw 2 different people. They gave us a laminated sheet that stated what they were most interested in. First person took all the info and asked a few personal questions. He had to give his fingerprints. After a 20 min wait he had his official interview. It seemed pretty straight forward as long as you came prepared.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
