Comments : My initial interview was
October 2017 but i postponed it as my OBGyn advised me not to do chest xray and vaccinations due to my condition when i was pregant.

Interview Sep 2018. Arrived at US Embassy 15mins before my appointment. Waited a lil bit inside and i was called by VO who checked my documents and asked few questions:

1. How many kids do you have?
2. When are you moving back to US?
3. Your Philippine Police Clearance is expired, do you have new one? (Didnt have, hence i got AP)
4. Where did you meet your husband

Then he asked me to wait for the visa officer to interview me. I waited for another 10mins and I was called

1. How did you meet yout husband?
2. How many kids you have?
3. Do you and your husband have previous marriage?
4. Have you met your husbands family and vice versa
5. What's your husband's job since you met him?
- i mentioned all companies since we dated and i offered to give the updated AOS since we had another kid and he changed job but the VO says no need.
6. Did you have formal engagement?

VO handed me 221g form and said: Alright, apart from NBI (police clearance) and medical exam (clinic didnt send on time), once you get your NBI, send this letter with your passport and takes about 2 weeks to process your visa.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
