Consulate Review: Juarez, Mexico
Review Topic: General Review
Event Description
Review Date : August 6, 2017
Embassy Review : My fiance had his interview on 08/04/2017 at the Ciudad Juarez consulate.
Since he lived in Mexico city / CDMX he was about to do his Biometrics and fingerprints there. Its the only state allowed to do the medical and finger printing everyone else needs to have those requirements done in Juarez.
After two inspections of documentation and verbal acknowlegement of who he is he had his interview. The interviewer was american and asked if he had every been to the USA, any problem with the law, how we met and who proposed. He did not request additional evidence of our relationship. The CO annouced that he is approved and was provided with domestic violence information and social service resources and was told that he should receive his visa in about 3 working days.
My fiance said there were a number of people turned away for lack of documentation mostly for not having petitioners W2's.
Overall since he had a positive result he said the services was good.
The total time about the consulate was about 3 hours.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
