My interview was in the morning at 07:15 am on January, 18th.
I arrived at around 06:45 outside of the building and had to wait until the building opens at 7am. There was already a line which was not to bad. Around 05 minutes before 7 a security guard asked for our appointments and made everybody with a scheduled interview appointment move into another line. He was very friendly and funny and made the waiting a little easier.
Once I arrived in the 8th level I had to check in at the front desk until my name got called. 30 minutes later it was my turn and I was called in for my interview.
The interview itself was very straight forward. I got asked about my studies here in LA and a few questions about the I-485. The woman was very friendly and professional. During the interview she was straight to the point. After the interview was over she smiled a little and told me that she still needs to check some things about my application and if everything is set that I could expect my GC in around 4 weeks.
All in all a very nice experience. Everybody was nice and professional and the waiting time was not long. Great! |
