Comments : Simple quick and easy POE. Asked for all the packets the embassy gave my love, and checked everything over. Reminded him he has one entrance on K1 and he must get married in 90 days. Then, he went straight on to security and his layover. Now that we have submitted our AOS, we learned the immigration officer at the POE kept his medical form, and now we are very frustrated and upset that we may need to do a new medical if the medical forms cannot be found/retrieved in some manner from USCIS or the doctor in Cuba. Send us good vibes please!

Comments : Let's do this!! :D NOA1 by email and text message came 4/12/17 Biometrics notice issued on 4/14/17, and received by mail 4/21/17 for day 05/03/2017. Letter received 04/24/17 saying medical form was not received, and I'm annoyed because the officer at POE in Atlanta kept my husband's medical form. Now we have to find the documents within USCIS, or directly have them sent from cuba if possible, or get a new one done. Was not an RFE, and no official RFE has been received. Paper says an RFE will only be sent if GC interview is waived, otherwise to bring the forms to the GC interview. Wish us luck! Already annoyed and frustrated, but we were born strong to fight this fight together!! RFE for medical exam received by mail and was issued 08/02/2017, medical scheduled for 09/01/2017 then will return RFE. If I understand correctly since RFE was issued instead of interview scheduling, we shall return RFE and if the medical exam is acceptable for USCIS then green card should arrive by mail. :) Happy birthday to my husband <3 His green card arrived 09/28/2017.

Comments : We had our I-751 interview this morning (26Oct2020) in Des Moines, Iowa and our service center was LIN. The interview was very easy and relaxed. The officer basically just went over the application with us and re-asked the questions on it after putting us under oath. He then filed through our evidence we sent in and asked if we had any additional to add, which we did (a lot), and then after looking through the entire packet we sent in and the new evidence, he said he was giving us a letter with how to proceed and recommended us for approval. He said once the case status updates, the card will go into production and we should receive it in approximately two weeks. He also said thanks for providing so much evidence and that it makes it super easy to approve that way. If your relationship is real and you have a lot of evidence of bona-fide relationship, then the interview is absolutely nothing to be worried about. 🙂 Case just updated that card was mailed to us 29Oct2020.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
