Embassy Review : My husband arrived at embassy on time and did all the formalities like checking in and all that I cant give you all times because he is annoyed and don't care to give these details to me and I don't want us to fall out over this so I just have so sum up the beginning part of the process this way.

He gave paper work to the person who calls you up and asked for your medical and police stuff and any evidence . He sat down for about 45 minutes so he told me like I said he don't care about this update stuff I do.

After that he said we was called up and the Co was a white male that asked him 3 questions I confirmed with my husband to make sure it was just 3 questions because at this point I was getting up set with him I have bust my but to fight for us with all the visits, evidence I put together, support over years I sent, getting letters from pastor, my doctor who will deliver our baby in November Lord willing and than he want to act like he lost so much which in fact I feel like im the looser not him.

questions

1. In 2013 who were you going to California to visit this question came up because that year he applied for a visitor visa he used an agency to help him to apply and he said he was going to visit his uncle. He was denied because the co said no strong tides to his country. So today when asked he said he would was going to visit me and his uncle the co said he was lying because he stated that my husband originally said he would visit his uncle. I told my husband to be hones with them and tell them that he would have visited me I was thinking they would find it strange for him to get to U.S. and just visit uncle and not visit me seeing we where together around that time.

2. he asked husband why didn't any of my family members come to my wedding in Ghana. My husband answer them and said my mom is epileptic and has never been on plan (truth) my father was in nursing home rehab for heart failure and could never travel with his medical problems my father just died September 4th 2016 (truth) so than CO said what about your wife sisters my husband told them that I would have to pay their way to come (passport, visa, vaccinations, tickets) I don't have the money for that (truth) so than he want on to ask him what about friends and co-workers I husband said we plan to have celebration in U.S. for people her to come to. I never knew this would be an issue people have eloped with just them and a person to marry them so why is it so hard to believe that friends and family did not make it to wedding we did not have small wedding in Ghana and we had a big reception so it was nothing small it was lots of people there over 100 (not by choice) they just came.

3. he asked about my marriage to Nigerian guy 9 years ago I filed I129 but it did not work out so I divorced the guy and I had all the evidence from that so he told the co that and he said oh ok that's fine but you lied to me so I'm sending your case back to United States and gave him the white paper with nothing checked off.
Rating : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
