Comments : The interview itself was about 3-4 minutes, but the wait was crazy. Our interview was at 10am, we got there at 7am and waited awhile in the parking lot. We didn't go inside until 8:30. There was a line to be seen at the first booth that took your paperwork. However, after that we had to wait until our number was called at 12:30pm! We were in there waiting mostly for 4 hours!

Our interview was very quick! They asked him if I visited him frequently and when was the last time I was there. They asked me how we met and then asked us if we had any kids in common or of our own. Then approved!

We tracked the passport through ustraveldocs and it was ready for pick up on Friday around 2pm. We immediately picked it up and bought a flight. We entered Boston on Saturday, all smooth and quick! We passed immigration normally and they kept the sealed packet and welcomed him.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
