Marriage : 2017-06-03
Comments : Interview in Riga, Latvia US Embassy was fast and easy-the officer saw that we have genuine relationship, we spent 3 months together in USA before filing for K1 visa, had many photos as proof in application packet sent. I would recommend spending longer time together before filing for K1 visa, not just few days or 1 week but longer and also meet every 6 months or if cannot then explain why couldn't meet like studies or saving up money for marriage. I would recommend to take proof of chatting and making calls to each other to interview if you didn't meet for long time and/or didn't spend much time together in person.

US entry: Went through Orlando, Florida. Very nice attitude, very easy, just asked some questions like when are we going to get married, where are we going to live..Took the documents, had to wait some minutes and then could go and meet my American prince again :) :) :)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
