Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : Miami
POE Date : 2016-10-12
Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Point of entry [Miami Intl Airport] was painless and fairly quick (once I made it to the end of the line and talked to the CBP officer).
He received my documents, passport, and sealed envelope given at the Embassy. Then asked me to wait for a while next to a wall, until another officer came by and took me to an inner waiting room. After about 15-20 minutes they called my name, explained me about the 90 days rule and sent me off to look for my luggage.

Consulate Review: Chile
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : April 20, 2017
Embassy Review : It was a quick interview with the consular office, probably in and out of the embassy in less than an hour.
Fiancé and me were asked about how we met, and I was asked about previous entries to the US (I held a J1 visa in the past).
Overall, very painless experience.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
