First time EAD was touched was 1/30/08 since we mailed the app back in Oct of 07. Just checked the uscis website this morning and it said that they ordered production of his card and he should receive it within 30 days. He was so happy. We received his EAD card in the mail today, Hurray!!!!My husband received his SSN card on Friday March 7, 2008. We applied in person exactly one week before. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your EAD was approved in 125 days.

Consulate Review: Egypt Review Topic: K3 Visa Event Description Review Date : March 30, 2007 Embassy Review : My husband had his review at the end of January 2007 and everyone was very nice to him he said. The only thing was is we had a joint sponsor and the guy that interviewed my husband said that he can not except it because she was not the petitioner and gave him the papers back. I was always told by the uscis and others that they accept joint sponsor papers for both K1 and K3 papers. That I guess is not true at the Cairo embassy. Very dissapointed in their decision not to accept it. We are now waiting at what they call the Officers Final Review stage for the last month. Rating : Moderate
