Embassy Review : It took 6 months to obtain the k1 visa, it would of been shorter but some things got a little bit complicated. So it's very important to have everything ready and planned out so it can go by as fast and smooth as possible. My fiane's interview was short, simple and easy. He got there an hour early, of course he had to wait since his appointment was at 7:15 am, once they called him in he gave every paper they asked him to give, answered a few simple questions and he was done. It lasted about 5-7 minutes, once he got out I received a call from him with great news! So from our experience the interview was easy. It all depends on who you get, either way the number one thing on the list; take as much evidence as possible, take every single paper on the list. They might not ask for it, but it's better to have everything there to be missing stuff. Our journey has ended, we are more than happy and we hope everyone who's going through the same journey has a happy ending. Always be patient, it's not easy but it's worth it. Good luck!!
