We took the train to Naples, which is 6hrs 30mins to the place we live ( PORDENONE),it's worth a trip because I have my fiancé with me and his son👪.We stayed in our hotel (Moka Suite a nice place to stay) 7 mins.walked to the consulate near the bay walk of Naples,on the day of my medical we took a taxi to the medical place "Istituto Diagnostico Varelli"which is 15 mins away from our hotel.
September 26th my medical. We get there at 07:45,there's lot of people already when we get there,by pressing the C letter for consulate applicants, and wait for your number to be called they asked me my passport and the lady tell me to wait the nurse to call my name for my blood test for Syphylis, after that a lady assisted us to the Xray place, when we done,we waited again for a couple of minutes for the medical screening they asked basic questions and the 4pieces 2X2 pictures the vaccination record, and its time for you to pay for the medical fee which is €170.00 not including vaccination shot, its depend what vaccines you need. I waited again for another 30 minutes for my physical examination, the nurse asked my DS 3026 form, eye sight test, height & weight,BP,pulse, body temperature, the Doctor asked me if I have medical history,I showed my Doctors Certificate, which I have a Thyriod problem and he wrote down that I was under medication. The doctor asked me to lay down in the patient table he pressed right & left side of my stomach.l was expecting for the gonorrhea test which was on the medical instructions,so I hold myself not to urrinate for two hrs before the medical but they didn't ask me. After that the Doctor tell me to attend my interview on the following day and the medical results will be given to me on the day of my interview at the consulate. At 09:45 may medical is over.👍👍👍
The day of my interview September 27th,my appointment is 08:00 ó clock we fall in line in front of the US Consulate the guard ask who have the 8 ó clock appointment, four of us have the same time so they let us in one at a time.We enter the consulate at exactly 08:15 including my fiancé and his son, they ask our passports, went the security check like at the airport,we leave our phones and they give us a number and visitors ID we enter the building at the second floor,I waited for 10 mins for interview screening, since all my documents are ready, I leveled all the documents so its more easy for me to find them. The lady call my number, she asked my passport and my DS160 conformation code, since I didn't upload my picture so i gave her my 1 passport size picture (2x2) & also I need to correct my Ds 160 form because I have a mistake where my childrens place & country of birth so the lady asked me to write them down in my DS 160 personal copy for the corrections so it's more easy for her. After that she asked my Birth certificate, probe that I was a single (CENOMAR),my fiancé divorced degree,Police clearance from my country (Philippines NBI),
Italy court/police record.

1.Certificato Generale del Casellario Giudiziale (not the Certificato Penale del Casellario Giudiziale 2.Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti
Affidavit of Support I-134 form,W2,1040. After I provide all my documents she gave me my medical result ( in the envelope is my Xray cd,vaccination record, and my medical reciept) and IMBRA lette. It takes 15 min because she make sure all infos are much on my I-129F form. Went back to my seat and waited again for them to call me. After 5 minutes they call my number (4)

And the day of the interview be prepared and gathered all the documents needed and leveled them,so its more easy for you to find them because I know how it feels to be tense on that big day. Thank you so much to my loving Fiancé for all the love and support.God bless us all🙏 NOTE:When riding a taxi in Naples they always round of your fare example cost 7.50 the ask you 10 euro thats how they handle their business 😆

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
