Needed to apply for 601 waiver and due to a medical condition we were able to apply for that on 6/2/16 and was approved on 8/2/16. Consulate took about 1.5 months to process and send visa. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 45 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 121 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

We filed for the employment and the advanced parole with the 485, which in the directions makes it more complicated than it is. It actually all comes on one card.
