Comments : So i got my first flight from Belgrad, Serbia at 9:15 AM. Landed in Istanbul, Turkey at 12:00. The next flight ( Istanbul-Chicago ) was delayed for ~1-2h. So instead of arriving at 5 PM we landed somewhere around 6:30. After like 3 days of no sleep ( no, not even in the plane on a 11h flight, I HATE PLANES ON ANY SHAPE OR SIZE ) I arrived in the famous Chicago, O'hare Airport. Got of the plane, got my fingerprints in like 5 10 mins after a nice guy asked me to follow him ( not very polite, kinda cranky ). I arrived on the... waiting area ? not sure how to call it. They were like 200-300 peoples and like 5 benches. HORROR already ! After 2h of waiting i asked how long it takes and i got my first american answer ,,I DON'T CARE'' , seriously ? I waited until 3 AM. My fiancee was outside for ~8-9h. In this time i saw peoples crying, begging, cursing and so on. Rudest peoples ever ! They sent back a lot of K-1, F-1,J-1 visa's, kinda everything. When someone gave them an answer they didn't like it they were yelling and calling you names. Forcing poples to say what is no true and...many others i don't even want to remember ! DO NOT LAND IN O'HARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consulate Review: Bucharest, Romania
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 31, 2016
Embassy Review : Arrived there at 12:15 but my appointment was scheduled for 13:00 so i was waiting for like 30-40 mins outside. I got in, passed the security check, got inside. After that i paid the tax, got my fingerprints taken and after like 30 mins i was called for the REAL INTERVIEW. After a lot of questions the lady said ,, i aproved your visa'', with a smile on her face !
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
