Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Had a great USBC Agent Sumas Washington he was as excited as I was (may be even more excited) The process took about 35 mins. I was told to take the large envelope and passport along with the chest exray to the POE. Agent didn't want it and joked that he wouldn't be able to read the results anyways. I should just keep if required to produce later.

Comments : Arrived at Tequila WA at Noon.We didn't want to be late and had no idea on how the traffic would be. It was right in the middle of the hottest week so we arrived dressed in shorts. We waited for our IM lawyer to arrive. He was late and we had to go upstairs and sit with the others. Most everyone had a representative with them. We had asked a lwyer outside what we should do if the lawyer didnt show. It was pretty stressful. Finally about 6 minutes before our name was called He arrived. He was trying to tell me what would happen and before I knew it we were in the officers room. We took an oath to tell the truth and sat down. The lady was nice she asked how we met and we showed her pictures bank statments work letters etc. Then she took my POE out of my passport. She said you'r approved and with a look of fear I told the lawyer that I wouldn't be abe to leave the US and I had to go to work the next day. The officer then gave me a temp 30 valid stamp in the passport stating that I had a green card.

Comments : July 8/09 I Filed the I-751 Petition to removed conditions of status. My CRC was to expire July 12th. My check was cashed July 13/09. I filed as a single with a waiver -since we are divorced within two years of obtaining my conditional residence GC. On July 15th I rec'd an I-797C notice stating that the I-751 Receipt Notice was recieved. My CRS and work auth was extended for one year in order to process. On July 17/09 I received a second NOA I-797 which is ASC Appointment Notice. My biometric is scheduled for August 14, 2009. I'm going to assume that I do not have to go for a second interview as many other have done so in the past. My ex husband was charged with Domestic Violence and spent a couple of nights in jail due to his anger and stupidness. When I file I provided a copy of the charges and all court documents aong with a restraining order. My passport pictures were filed with the package so again going to assume that the new CG will follow after the biometics have been done. Today my file was updated with a 08/14/09 date. This is the first time I have ever seen ther dfate change on my file. I was able to see the new picture on my CG I assume. I just received notice today Nove 5th that my Green card has been approved. to be mailed to me within 30 days.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
