Medical:
The building was easy to find using GPS. We were in a rush that morning and forgot our packet 4, but the woman at the front desk allowed me to email that information to her- so try not to forget it, but don't panic if you do.
They called my fiancé back several different times, we were there for a few hours.
Also, starting October 1, they added an $84 urine test. So prepare for that extra money.
My fiancé brought his vaccination record, a record of a recent flu shot, and a letter from his Dr explaining that he used to take an anxiety medication, but is not in need of it anymore (they didn't even ask for this, but we had it prepared just in case). Prior to doing this medical, we made sure he had all of the vaccinations needed because we had read that they can be very expensive if you get them at Medisys- even the flu shot.
We did the medical on October 5 and picked the results up on October 11.
Interview:
Also easy to find with GPS, it's a tall grey building, the line is formed on the side and you'll see rope with signs.
Interview was on October 12; our appointment was scheduled for 0915, but we got there around 0830. It was not very busy at all that day, so it took less than 10 minutes to get inside. Make sure to have your DS-160 and passport ready while waiting in line outside. I think that normally they give you a number, but instead they told us they would call us by name once upstairs. We waited for 15 minutes and were called the the 1st window and she asked us to hand her different papers (original birth certificate and copy, copy of passport bio page, original police certificate, new letters of intent to marry, 2 passport photos, and my I134 + financial documents). I didn't have my official tax transcripts, but I did have a letter from my employer, W2's from the last three years, my 1040 copies from the last two years, and bank statements- this was all acceptable. They asked for no other papers at all. I had prepared a huge binder full of proof of ongoing relationship, photos, proof of my residence, etc, but none of that was needed. Fiancé also was asked for fingerprints at this time.
We waited for what seemed like forever (maybe actually only an hour and a half) and they called my fiancé's name to go to another window. He says that they asked him very basic information- how we met, what I do for a living, what the wedding plans are, and that was it. He said the interviewer was very friendly. He received a paper that says "Welcome to the United States of America" and explains about waiting for the passport and adjustment of status (i think). It wasn't a very official looking paper, just a plain photocopy.
That was it!
I'll add that I've read other reviews about the security officers at the front being rude, and they certainly weren't happy, but I can totally see why they would be like this. Lots of people not following instructions, language barriers, etc. We didn't personally have a problem with them.

Other:
We booked a cheap airbnb ($44 a night when I booked, but I think it's $55 now) downtown- a whole apartment even. It was clean and located in a great spot. We were able to walk everywhere. It was maybe a 15-20 minute walk to Medisys and the consulate. We had to stay 9 days so that we could get the medical done and the interview- Fiancé is from Manitoba so it would have been difficult to fly back and forth different times. We called Medisys and they assured us it would be done in three business days, and it was. I was slightly worried about it taking longer than three days, probably more worried about that than the actual interview.
