Embassy Review : Hello, we had our interview on 8/29 and it was approved.. that's the important part. However, because my divorce date was not final until 4 days before I filed my initial petition this raised a lot of question... enough to require 3 interviewers and 2 hours of waiting outside in blistering heat and humidity... I am a little pissed off because my better half exited the building with an approved visa, but she was trembling and crying because they grilled her ass over MY DIVORCE DATE!!! this has nothing to do with her.. I wish the China interviews were done with the US citizen as well because I could have answered all the questions with a satisfying answer.. The lady does not know all the finite details of my past marriage and nor should she be expected to..

Anyway, the organization of the fortress is wonderful, they move them through very quickly and with precision and if you are aware of your surroundings you will see other Americans in the same boat as you are.. I met up with 3.. we all were approved and went out for drinks together with the wives to celebrate afterwards.. bring water and FYI.. you are allowed inside the gated area.. one of the Americans went through the guards without even being bothered and escorted his lady to the door.. it is intimidating but being an American you are allowed certain breeches of rudeness LOL..

Good luck to you all, dont worry, if your relationship is real it will go through..

Embassy Review : we had our appointment scheduled for 3/2/2017. arrived about 45 min early. The building is a little hard to notice right away but once we found it, we went in.. they accepted us early, answered all sorts of questions and moved us through very quickly.. The workers here were an absolute joy to interact with as well and being efficient. I hope the rest of our interactions go this well.
Harassment Level : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
