Comments : Me and my ex husband got divorced around April 2019. Long story short, there were things me and him just coudnt work it out. So, I had to waive the joint I-751 application by giving them a the divorce decree during the interview. That is because, during RFE, I had only sent them a copy of the first page. I am locked out of the Uscis account, as soon as I gain access again, I will add the RFE date.

Event Description

Embassy Review : Hello and Good day to everyone!
The whole process it was so smooth and easy, everybody is so helpful.
Others fiancé (e), were all sharing their stories to one another!

First, Alex explain how to fill some forms and how it all works and double check our documents, then a lady called to a window to double check again the papers and the medicals, plus biometrics, all smooth and she was very nice and welcoming, then she keeps your files and ask you to sit and wait for your interview. Back on the seat and people sharing their love stories and its so much fun and helps to relax, that's the time you really realize everybody does go thru the same fears, and your not alone ..... One by one is called, I was the third to be interviewed, simple questions:

1 - HOW YOU MET?
2 - HOW YOU KEEP IN TOUCH? ( FACETIME AND VIBER SKYPE SO ON)
3 - HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO THE USA/ HAS HE EVER BEEN TO BRAZIL?

VISA APPROVED!

NOW WAITING FOR IT TO BE ISSUED AND DELIVERED!!!

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! LOVE WINS!!!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
