Embassy Review : To God be ALL the glory!!

I will tell the review according to what my husband shared with me, as I did not attend the interview. He arrived at the Lagos Embassy at 6:00 am. His interview appointment was set for 6:45 am on 9/14/16. He queued up after a few hours of waiting in the lobby with others. We made sure to front load with plenty of pictures, phone records, etc. All of which they did not even ask for, but it is better to be safe than sorry! My husband said there was a man and a woman CO. The man seemed to be granting visas left and right and those who got the woman were being turned away for one reason or another. My husband hoped he would get the man but he got the woman! The questions went as followed:

Who called you to the United States? My wife and he said my full name
How did you meet? answered
Was she married before? answered
When was her divorce final? answered

She then pulled a paper and circled the information about where he is to go to collect his visa and that was it!

We thank God for his grace and tender mercies. We are grateful and thankful to our parents for supporting us and our relationship. We thank Dwheels76, for ALL of her help and assistance throughout this process.

Our best advice is to be persistent and accurate as possible in your paperwork to avoid unnecessary long delays. Stay prayed up and believe that if it is meant to be, it certainly will BE! We are truly grateful for this group and everyone in it. This Christmas is going to be the best gift I have received to date. My King is coming home!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
