Comments : Actually filed (mailed) on aug 16th 2018 but website will only allow me to put a more recent date so I put the recieved date 9/21. 4/2/19 update looks like CSC closed and they transfered the case to TSC. 4/15/19 update. USCIS says they reviewed fingerprints and are processing the I-751 now. Update: 10/14/19 received approval letter for removal of restrictions
