Yesss,Yessss,Yessss after waiting 30 days we have an interview DATE!!!!! It's not the date we wanted but it's the date that God has for us. We have been truly blessed through this whole process. An I pray that he will continue to bless us in it all the way to the end 🙏🙏🙏🙏. #Happy😊

Medical has been scheduled for Nov 15th @ 11. I pray that the Lord get him through the medical with success.

*The medical went really good. So now it's 12days left until his interview*

My jusband had his interview on Nov 29th then we went into AP. They wanted more proof of our marriage. An they also wanted AOS papers redone. After sending in docs we got a refuse and he got a year ban. We questioned the embassy on ban and my husband went back in on Feb 10th. They said they wanted me to come in for petitioner interview. I called the appt department and told them i would be in Jamaica in March. I went to the embassy on March 7th to see Mr China man. He tried to give me the run around and screw us over on our paperwork. Luckily his supervisor was near and heard our conversation. He requested our Cosponsors W2's again 😡 (foolishiness). When i got home i emailed everything to them again. But his year ban want be up until Nov 15th. So he has to do his PR and medical over again. Then have another interview at the end of Nov.
................................................

Well in Feb my husband went to pick his passport back up at the embassy. They requested a petitioners interview to verify that the relationship was real. So I went during spring break on March 7th to the Embassy. I'll talk to mr. China man and he was a bit of a butt. But everything went fine and we just needed to send a new AOS. Because one of them we had to amend. So here we are the 1st of November. An we have my husband's medical scheduled for the 20th of this month. So after he does his medical then he will be redoing his interview. So now we're hoping he will be here by Christmas.
................................................
After my husband did his medical over again the embassy still didn't schedule a Interview. They ordered my husband to do 3 months of random drug tests. He ended up doing 5 randoms before a Interview was scheduled. On march the 16th he was scheduled his 2nd interview for march 27th. The asked a copy of our co-sponsors tax return. I emailed the forms the next day. 10 days later he was approved and was on a plane to the states on the 18th of April.
................................................
This was a very long process for my family. But we are so glad that we made it to the end. An that my husband is here with me 💏💋💞❣.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
