Comments : Hi all my husband went to the embassy this morning. We had front loaded the petition very heavily because we were denied the first time around. I went sent all in order according to the table of contents we made. The first petitions was denied due to lack of bonefide evidence. So I sent in yahoo messenger video chat, facebook chats, attendance calendars stating why I could not visit Ghana more than so many days. Affadavits from family and friends. Insurance policies stating him as the benificiary, receipts from the last three visit, cards, emails. Then I sideloaded the NVC stage this I sent skype pictures video chats and whats app call logs and regular call logs. So as to my husband interview I combined a folder that the CO did not look at or open and photo album of my wedding. My husband was ask to come up to window 5 where he a waited the same consular who denied the first time.
He asked are you married?
Why didnt any of my sister borrow money to come to our wedding?
What are your wife hobbies?
Why and how do you expect you wife to take care of you since you wife filed bankruptcy.
Then he stated that he denied us and sending our case back to the US.

Embassy Review : My husband went to his interview on 3/3/2015. He walked in with evidence and he answer all question then was asked to sit down. He said he waited there the whole day. They told later that he need to bring some cards or mail and more of our chat record and phone records. He will have to return on 3/31/2015. Since then we are gathering all information that we can to help our case more. I just wondering will they set the case off for later even if we bring every all the evidence. Hmmmm

That's great evidence just make sure he knows and prepares for everything you have quiz him often. Make sure he is ready and read through ur evidence he is not asking for money.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
