Event Description

Embassy Review : This is my "paying it forward" as this site has helped me tremendously.
My fiancé came with me and he was was able to go into the room. My review on the processing is no different from the previous reviews. It was very straightforward. Questions were: How did you meet? When was the first time you met in person and who visited who first? That was it!

I cannot believe how i was losing sleep prior to the interview. I was stressed for nothing.

If i can share this advice, although this didn't apply to me, please bring $10 bill because there were a couple of people desperately asking for change because they had to redo their ID picture. Even if you may not need the $10, you probably can help someone who needs to break their ($20) bills. I feel so bad for them because no one in the room can break their $20 and they had to leave the building to get change.

We stayed at the Queen Elizabeth Fairmont which was about 7 minute walk.

Dress warmly! Most importantly, triple check all your documents. If you have them all everything will be smooth.

Thank you to all individuals who promptly responded to my inquiries. Please do not hesitate to message me for any questions that you think I may be able to answer.

Good luck everyone and now off to my POE which is next week,
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
