Now we still have to wait 120 more days or an interview or approval. Hopefully we will know something by March 2017.We finally received the letter for interview on February 7, 2017.

May 8, 2017,My husband had to call USCIS to find out when his green card would be mailed, and an inquiry was placed. When i checked to today May 10, 2017@ 1120am it said green card has been mailed, thank god. Card in production on May 18, 2017, card received on May 24, 2017.

Consulate Review: Haiti
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 26, 2015
Embassy Review : Our interview was on August 25,2015 at 7am we arrived at the Consulate at 615am it was already long line. There were people out front of the Consulate asking to see your papers (Don't Let Them), they wanted to staple our papers and asking if we have passport pictures. And at 6:35am the security guards come out and tell you what line to stand in you will have to listen carefully. And they make they men outside move from the front of the Consulate. They started letting people in before 7am we made it through security and was inside of the Consulate by 6:50am.

At 7:30am we went to the first window we turned in my fiancé birth certificate, medical exam, vaccination record(she just looked and it and gave it back with the cd), police certificate from the Dominican Republic, and they wanted a copy of the visa fee receipt we didn't have ours but it was not a problem. And a copy of the bio page of your fiancé passport.

And at 9:30am we were called to the second window for the interview, we were greeted by a young white woman. She swore my fiancé in and asked if we wanted our interview in English or creole we both said english. Since I don't speak creole.
*She asked us how did we meet I told her we meet at his job in the Dominican Republic at the Punta Cana Boogie he was our tour guide.*

*And how many times have I visited him since we meet I told her I came back to see him in April for 8days, September for 11 days, October 8 days, January 4 days and May 8 days, and she asked him who do I live with and he said her kids. And asked do they know about him and are they happy he is coming and he said yes.*
*She asked him does he know anything about where I live and he said yes he know that it will be cold. Lol I can't stop laughing at his answer.*
And she asked about our wedding plans, but my fiancé couldn't answer it well he told her he was not going to be apart from me and he wanted to get married to me as soon as possible. I looked at him and said babe that not what she asked you and just kept in smiling.*

*Then she typed in some information into the computer and said we were approved.*
*And she asked us if we had set up a an account on ustraveldocs we said yes we have that completed already. And gave him a domestic violence book. She also told us his passport will be ready in 1 week. And we told her thank you so much and left at 9:45am. We did not try to catch a motor taxi we just walked back to the hotel and stop at the store on our way back laughing and talking.*

POE Review: Atlanta
Event Description
Entry Date : 2015-11-08
Embassy Review : My fiancé traveled alone when he got off the plane he was directed to the K-1 line he said he was the 2 person in line and he was only there for 10 minutes. But he also had a 3 hour layover just in case, we didn't want to take any chances on him missing his next flight connection.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
