Event Description
Entry Date : 2016/8/01
Embassy Review : This has been a Journey. A book would need to be written. We arrived at the hotel in Santo Domingo the night before. .. anxiety all the place...no sleep...both of had headaches...you have to understand this has been since 2012 denied..we were married in 2013...we were praying for the best outcome.. appt time at 0900.register set down waited 30 min .first window.he was asked for medical and police record ..stamped a paper... we were moved to the next section..this was the longest wait 1.5hour
.we finally were called by our number for the interview. She asked do we communicate well how long have we been knowing each other we say 5yrs and married for 3yrs...she was concerned about the denial. I explain that we were never notified nor my attorney. ..time was lost. But you persevered. SHE STAMPED PAPERS APPROVED he cried and I was in shock. I proud to say my husband will be on his by August, 28th 2016....
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
