Consulate Review: Morocco
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : April 6, 2015
Embassy Review : My fiancee had her interview on February 25th, 2015. She showed up to the consulate 15 mins prior to her appointment. After getting in and waiting she was called up to a window where they took the I-130. My fiancee asked if they needed the intent to marry and the guy replied "only give me what I ask for". After she was advised to go back and wait to be called for the interview.

After some time, she was called up to another window. The person interviewing was nice and easy to talk to. He asked the following questions:

How did you meet?
Who said I love you first?
How many kids do you want?
Why did your first marriage not work?
When were you divorced?

After the questions he took her passport and gave her a paper that said "Admin Review". While giving the paper he said "it won't take long". After one month of waiting I emailed the consulate to ask for and update and what I could do to speed up the process. They replied back saying the admin review was completed.

During the interview, none of the evidence my fiancee brought was asked for.

Rating : Good

Hello and congratulations on successfully arriving to the end of this process. I am still waiting and would be grateful if you respond to a few questions. - Did your interview letter said your spouse should be with you? - What questions were asked from you and your spouse during i-751 interview? Thanks and good luck

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
